Tiffany is the Founder and President of Without Walls, a Charlotte-based nonprofit serving justice-impacted individuals, veterans, and families through reentry support, healing programs, and family restoration. She leads organizational strategy and program development, focusing on life skills, trauma-informed care, and long-term stability. 

Her work is centered on restoring dignity, rebuilding lives, and creating pathways to lasting independence and purpose.

Tiffany Moses - Founder & President

Ellorain “Elle” Ward is a healthcare professional, Army veteran, and Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in home health, care coordination, and hospice care. She holds an Associate degree in Health Information Technology and is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), with expertise in compliance, documentation, and data integrity.

 She serves as Secretary for Without Walls, Freedom To Thrive, combining her healthcare background with a strong commitment to community impact and second chances.

Ellorain “Elle” Ward

Terry Hamilton is a pastor, mentor, and servant leader raised in North Carolina, who accepted his calling early and has dedicated his life to ministry and outreach.

 He has impacted lives through evangelism, mentoring, and prison ministry, including work with Prison Fellowship.
He holds a degree in Theology and has received an honorary doctorate for his service in ministry and community leadership.

 Terry serves as Pastor of Bread of Life Deliverance Church in Charlotte, NC, alongside his wife, Ronda, with a mission to reach hearts and transform lives.

Terry Hamilton

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, New York, Dorothy was deeply involved in the arts—participating in theatre, television auditions, and elite choirs like John Motley’s All-City Concert Choir. She studied acting under Robert Earl Jones and received multiple callbacks for a role in Broadway’s The Wiz. 

In the mid-1980s, she transitioned into banking in New York City, holding leadership roles with Banque Nationale de Paris. After relocating to Charlotte in 1989, she continued her career with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and TD Bank, serving as Assistant Vice President in Anti-Money Laundering. 

Dorothy D. Griffin

Rev. Dr. Madeline McClenney Roseboro is the founder and president of Exodus Foundation.org, a Charlotte-based nonprofit focused on mentoring and reentry support for individuals impacted by incarceration. Since 1999, she has led programs providing coaching, job placement, and life support services. 

A nationally recognized leader and ordained Baptist minister, she holds degrees from Howard University and a Ph.D. from Duke University. She teaches at Shaw University Divinity School and has led major initiatives addressing mass incarceration and clemency reform. In 2025, she received the Ground Breaker Award and became an advisor to Without Walls.

Rev. Dr. Madeline McClenney Roseboro

Joanna is a licensed therapist with a unique blend of clinical expertise, business leadership, and a passion for supporting justice-impacted individuals. She earned her MBA from the Weather head School of Management before beginning a successful career in finance and marketing. She later transitioned into the behavioral health field, earning a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to pursue her passion for helping others heal and grow. 

Joanna has more than a decade of experience serving within organizations connected to the criminal justice system. Her roles have included Director of Behavioral Health at Center for Community Transitions, Clinical Facilitator at the Mecklenburg County Detention Center, and volunteer with Changed Choices. Through this work, she has developed a deep understanding of the barriers justice-impacted individuals face during reentry, including challenges related to housing, employment, stigma, mental health, and rebuilding relationships. 

Joanna brings a grounded, compassionate, and real-world perspective to her work. She is deeply committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives with dignity, hope, and meaningful support.
